Agents in operation, with a person deciding

Agents that prepare the work across your applications, and a person who decides what matters.

Discuss a deployment

From input to action, with a decision in between

A person decides at this step

  1. InputAn email, a ticket, a document, a scheduled event, or a Telegram message starts the workflow.
  2. ContextThe agent classifies the request, consults authorized systems, and groups related items.
  3. ProposalIt prepares a reply, an action, or a diagnosis with the evidence and links to the source.
  4. DecisionA person approves, corrects, or stops it from Telegram or the dashboard. What was agreed as automatic does not wait.
  5. ExecutionIt acts on the agreed tool with its permissions, with retries and without duplicating tasks.
  6. RecordTasks, decisions, and costs are recorded and measured against the baseline.

Sensitive actions do not run without approval; everything else runs within the agreed limits.

What it solves

Much of a company's work consists of checking an inbox, gathering context, deciding, and acting in another application. We design agent teams that walk that path under the rules you agree on: what runs on its own, what needs approval, and what happens when information is missing. Someone on your team decides at the points that matter; the agent arrives with the work prepared so that decision is quick.

Use cases

Operations and back office. We bring together email, forms, tickets, and documents, classify requests, extract the agreed fields, and link them to their case. Ambiguous cases enter a review queue with the original document and supporting evidence.

Sales and customer support. The agent identifies the reason for contact, consults authorized customer information, and proposes a reply or the next step. We agree on which replies go out on their own and which require review; pricing, commitments, and complaints follow your team's rules.

DevOps and technical operations. When an alert appears, the agent gathers logs, metrics, and operational documentation, groups symptoms, and prepares a reproducible diagnosis. For sensitive changes it prepares a proposal or a pull request with validation and rollback. We start with read access.

24/7 workflows. Monitoring, scheduled tasks, and event-driven work outside office hours, with agreed schedules, budgets, and escalation criteria. Support coverage is defined for each deployment; it is not assumed because the workflow runs around the clock.

Control through Telegram. Digests, alerts, status queries, and approval buttons for authorized users and chats. We define what information can travel through the channel and which actions require confirmation.

How we work

We orchestrate agent teams with clear responsibilities: one receives the request, another gathers context, and another executes or reviews. We connect your systems through APIs, MCP servers, and tools with an explicit contract, with validation, duplicate prevention, and credential handling. When a dedicated environment makes sense, we install and configure OpenClaw end to end: models, specialized agents, channels, and connectors, with versioned configuration and recovery procedures. We validate complete workflows with examples from your business before enabling external actions.

What we deliver

A workflow in operation with persistent state, retries, and alerts; documented roles and per-tool permissions; a record of tasks, decisions, and costs; and a tracking dashboard for whoever supervises. We measure cycle times and outstanding workload against a baseline to establish what actually improves.

Who it is for

Operations, administration, sales, customer support, and technical teams that work across several applications and want less manual follow-up without losing control of what gets sent or changed. Let's talk about your project.

What we design with you

A person decides

What runs on its own, what gets approved, and what happens when information is missing, agreed before launch.

Connected to your systems

APIs, MCP, and tools with an explicit contract; OpenClaw when a dedicated environment makes sense.

Recoverable operation

Persistent state, retries, alerts, and a record of tasks, decisions, and costs.
